Michasia- lalka inspirowana lalką waldorfską, Michelle waldorf ispired doll,

Musze przyznać ze proces tworzenia tej lalki waldorfskiej trwał bardzo długo. Do tego projektu usilnie chciałam wykorzystać naturalne kozie włosy, ale niestety lalki żyją własnym życiem. Przez ponad tydzień cała moja praca koncentrowała się wokół włosów, które prułam i na nowo tworzyłam. Byłam coraz bardziej zniechęcona tą lalką. Dopiero zmiana koncepcji co do włosów spowodowała, że w ciągu jednego wieczoru wykreowałam całą głowę. Starałam się aby lalka przypominała moją starszą córkę, z wyglądu i charakteru. Michasia jest bardzo wrażliwa i uparta. Chciałam aby ekspresja twarzy ukazała to. Mam nadzieje, że mi się to udało.

Misia uwielbiam zwierzęta, marzy o własnym piesku, dlatego tez lalkowa Misia otrzymała swojego pupila ode mnie. Misia ubrana jest w sukienkę, rajtuzki, ma buty cieplejsze odpowiednie na dwór oraz balerinki na zmianę, dodatkowo otrzymała ode mnie włóczkową sukienkę ozdobioną wyhaftowanymi kwiatuszkami oraz bransoletkę, która zdobi jej rączkę.

I must admit that creating this waldorf doll took much more time and effort than I anticipated. I was certain that for this particular doll I wanted to use natural goat hair, and because it is very tricky material to work with it took me over a week to complete the doll's perm. It was very hard work, involved continuous threading of the hair until I was ready to give up and a new idea occurred to me. I was aiming that the doll will resemble my oldest daughter with looks and character. Misia (my oldest daughter) is very sensitive and stubborn at the same time, so I wanted the doll to have her facial expression. I hope I succeeded.
Michelle loves animals and she is dreaming of having a puppy, therefore Michelle (a doll version) will be accompanied by a puppy doll.
Misia's doll is wearing a dress, tights, winter shoes for cold weather and ballerina shoes for a bit of a warmer season. The doll will also have a knitted dress with embroidered flowers, and bracelet as an accessory.
Manufacture information:
Michelle is hand made and as all my dolls she is made form high quality organic sheep wool from a Polish producer. She is 50 centimetres tall (22 inch). Face of the doll is made with felting techniques, to allow the doll to have more contours. The doll is covered with high quality tricot. This is a specialist tricot used for Waldorf dolls, De Witte Engel. Producer has OEKO-TEX certificate.
For Michelle's hair I used high quality wool- buckle type. The hair style of the doll can be change to your own preferences. Please note that hair brushing may cause hair loss.
The doll is designed to be played with but it can be used as an ornament.
